Opening party with La Fleur

After La Fleurʼs operetta performance, we celebrate the start of the festival with the transnational collective—with music ranging from pulsating Afrobeats to the Ivorian sounds of Biama and Coupé Decalé!

The DJ set by producer and composer Timor Litzenberger, a long-time collaborator of La Fleur, includes Afro sounds, Brazilian favela funk, South African Amapiano and Gqom, as well as Latin American reggaeton, dancehall, Jersey Club and their related styles. The night is completed by hip rap and pop sound edits from Europe and the US, typically combined with new underground sounds.
